HR Recruit have another HR Advisor Vacancy for a Stafford based client which is being handled by our North West team.
Our client, an organisation in the public sector is recruiting an experienced Part-Time HR Officer on a 12 month FTC. (30-35 Hours) Based in Stafford you will report directly into the HR Manager.
The provision of advice and guidance to managers and staff in relation to all HR matters and ensure that HR policy is complied with
To ensure that HR processes and policies are complied with
To support managers in progressing work related issues and ensure accurate written records are maintained in line with data protection and business needs
To build and maintain effective working relationships with managers, understanding their needs and any associated service requirements and promoting a strong customer focus
Graduate member of CIPD or working towards with proven commitment to continuous professional development.
Previous experience of working in a HR related role.
Have a flexible approach to work and be willing to perform a variety of tasks within the full spectrum of HR.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to staff at all levels and in difficult and stressful situations.
Experience of working to deadlines and the ability to use initiative with minimum supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to demonstrate the skills and attributes necessary to build trusted relationships with customers.
You must have your own car as travel to other locations within Staffordshire will be required. This role would suit an experienced HR Officer, HR Advisor or HR Manager. In return you will receive a salary of 26-30K pro rata.
