HR Recruit have another HR Director Vacancy for a Glasgow based client which is being handled by our Scotland team.

Our client in the diagnostics sector is looking to recruit a HR Director for their rapidly expanding and fast moving company. Being part of the senior leadership team you will be inspirational in the organisations move to an integrated company. Being home based the role will involve extensive travel to their sites in Scotland, Devon, Lincolshire and possibly overseas.

The ideal candidate will be a previous HR Director or a Head of HR looking for their next move. You must have worked in healthcare or a similar sector to be considered for this role. You will have extensive change management experience in being able to bring together several companies under one culture. This is a challenging role in a rapidly expanding company.

In return you will receive a salary of between 90-110K.
