HR Recruit have another Interim HR Advisor Vacancy for a Grimsby based client which is being handled by our Yorkshire team.
Our client in Grimsby is looking to recruit a Senior HR Advisor for an immediate start. Reporting to the HR Manager, the candidate must be an experienced HR professional who is self motivated, hands-on and who can use their own inititive.

Managing case load of employee relations issues, e.g grievance, disciplinary, redundancy, performance and absence management
Managing industrial relations issues & liaison with Union representatives when required
Person Specification
Must be CIPD qualified to at least level 5
GCSE’s Including Maths and English at Grade C or above
At least 3-5 years’ hands on HR generalist experience
Experience of working within a multi-site unionised environment and participation in union negotiations
Knowledge of practical HR principles and practices as well as employment legislation
Working knowledge of HR information systems/databases
Excellent PC skills in particular MS Windows applications (Word/Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work with constantly changing priorities
Confident manner with the ability to present and communicate at all levels
General Requirements:
Candidates must have their own transport and be willing to travel throughout the UK in order to provide multi-site support as required.
In return the candidate will receive a day rate of between £200-£300 per day depending on experience.
