HR Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join an expanding SME in a newly created hybrid role. Reporting directly into the MD and working with the Senior Leadership Team to design, shape and deliver the HR strategy, you will build strong relationships with Managers and employees, promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Role Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders & key stakeholders at all levels.
Work in collaboration with senior management to prepare and implement HR strategy
Systematically review the employment lifecycle and lead on activity needed to ensure the best employment experience for our people
Design and work across a variety of HR projects
Manage the recruitment process for senior appointments and support recruiting managers with day-to-day recruitment activity
Lead, manage and motivate HR team members
Coach and develop team members and line managers
Provide support, advice and guidance to managers on procedures, precedents, employment legislation, recruitment, disciplinary, grievance and employee relations issues
Manage investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance in line with best practice
Develop and maintain HR policies
Monitor, develop and improve performance management systems and practices
Coordinate work placement, intern and apprenticeship processes
Carry out benchmarking in line with the salary review process and ensure that our salary and benefits package remains competitive and meets the needs of our people.
Manage the salary review and end of year benefits review process.

Customer focussed and able to manage conflicting priorities, meeting the needs of different stakeholder groups
Relationship building and collaborative team working with peers and direct reports
Results/delivery focused
Strong interpersonal skills. Able to see another’s point of view and facilitate win-win solutions
Well-developed people management skills, able to lead, direct and motivate teams
TUPE, knowledge of Regulations and best practice
Proven HR generalist experience at both strategic and operational level
There is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. In return you will receive a salary of between £55,000-£60,000 c. (depending on experience).
